Your new LinkedIn banner, headline and Featured

Five options, each a different layout. Pick one number and use that option's banner, headline and Featured tile together. Every option sends people to your free Working Mum's Leverage Checklist with your own keyword “LEVERAGE”. Each banner is shown at real phone size too, so you can see it reads.

Your plan

Your checklist stays the free giveaway (DM "LEVERAGE"). The next step up is a small evening workshop, "Know Your Leverage", built on your own $110k to $220k story. The one-shot DM goes to anyone who likes, comments or connects. These invites go to the senior women on your list, with that story as the hook. Everyone who comes gets a clarity call, then your group.

How to put it live

  1. Pick one option below.
  2. Upload the banner. It's already 1584 × 396.
  3. Paste the headline into Edit intro.
  4. Featured → Add a link → your checklist link, then upload the tile as its image. Drag it to the first slot.
  5. Reply to every “LEVERAGE” with the checklist, then the DM below.

Five options

Option 1You at work, your promise in your own words, and your agency record under it. The one we'd pick.

The one-shot DM

Send it to anyone who likes or comments on your posts, or who's just connected. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Hey [FIRST NAME], I'm about to head out the door to pick up the boys, so I thought I'd send this quickly before I forget.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!), so I wanted to say hi properly.

I'm Kat. I spent 20 years in brand and agencies, from media planner to MD, and now I coach ambitious Aussie mums who want to move up, earn more, or leave a job they hate for one they love.

Your profile reminded me of [CLIENT NAME], who I was just on a call with.

She came to me [WHERE SHE WAS], and now [RESULT].

What works is that we find your leverage before you ask for anything. That's your unique value, your relationships, your results, and who actually sees your work. It's how I went from $110k to $220k, a week after I'd been fired. I asked for $230k to $250k, and got it.

Right now I've got [THE OFFER].

As you can imagine, the old "she'll come back less ambitious" idea isn't a big fan of us haha.

Anyway, I really have to go get the boys.

Would it help if I walked you through how it works? I've got [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] free tomorrow.

If not, no biggie. I'm happy to just send you my free Working Mum's Leverage Checklist instead.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Kat

Invite them to a workshop

Know Your Leverage. A small private evening in [PLACE, e.g. a studio in Melbourne] on {Day + date}, straight after work. 90 minutes, [SEATS, e.g. 12] seats, in person.
The promise: walk out knowing your leverage, and with your ask written, before you go into the next pay or role conversation.
What we cover: 1. How I went from $110k to a $220k offer a week after being fired, and still asked for more. 2. The four parts of leverage: your unique value, your relationships, your results, and who actually sees your work. 3. You write your own ask, in the room.

Why this workshop: Your own story (your 24 Jun 2026 post): a $110k Account Director, fired, then a $220k offer a week later, and you still asked for $230k to $250k and got it. We don't have a client result with numbers yet, so this uses yours. Swap in a client's story once one is happy for you to share it.

If you've chatted with them before, open with: "Hey {First name}, I remember we were chatting about [X] at [WHERE, e.g. In The Room]." Then carry on with the message. Swap the highlighted bits. [Square brackets] you fill in; {curly brackets} fill automatically.

LinkedIn 1. The invite (back from mat leave, any industry)

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for ambitious mums back from mat leave in [PLACE] on {Day + date}, walking through how to find your leverage before you ask for the role or the money, and how I doubled my own salary a week after being fired.

Would you like to come?

LinkedIn 1. The invite (made redundant or pushed out)

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for ambitious women who've just been made redundant, in [PLACE] on {Day + date}, walking through how I landed a $220k offer a week after being fired, and still asked for more.

Would you like to come?

Example, filled in (not a real person)

Hey Sarah, I remember we were chatting about going back to Ogilvy after your second at the In The Room launch.

I'm hosting a small workshop for senior women in agencies in Collingwood on Thursday 23 October, walking through how I went from a $110k Account Director to a $220k offer a week after being fired, and still asked for more.

Would you like to come?

LinkedIn 2. Follow-up (2 days later)

Hey {First name}, I was chatting to [A PEER LIKE THEM, e.g. a Group Account Director just back from leave] who's stuck on [PROBLEM], and it reminded me to reach back out.

Keen to come?

Problems to pick from: coming back to the same title and half the job; being told the promotion is "next round" for the third time; applying for 20 roles and hearing nothing back.

LinkedIn 3. Hail Mary (3 days after that)

Hey {First name}, I swear this is my last message haha.

It'll be a room of [SEATS] ambitious women on {Day + date}, and we'll go deep on finding your leverage before you ask for the pay rise.

If you'd like a seat, you can book here: [LINK]

Once I see you've booked, I'll give you a quick call to hear what you'd most like to get out of it and run you through who else is in the room.

And if you're snowed under, just let me know and I'll reach out for the next one.

When they say yes

Awesome, we'd love to have you there! Here's the link: [LINK]

Do you have 5 minutes at [TIME] or [TIME] today? I'd love to run you through who else is coming.

Before it goes live

  • Give the checklist a proper home. Right now it only lives as a raw PDF file link on your old site. It works, but put it on a page on your new website (or at least in your Featured as a link) before the banner goes up, so every “LEVERAGE” has somewhere to go.
  • Check the last page of the checklist. It still offers a free 20-minute call. Your About says your programs and pricing have changed, so update that page to match what you offer now.
  • Your About and top title. Your About says booking links on your site aren't active yet, and your top Experience title reads “Australia's Working Mum Expert & Executive Coach”. Once the new site is live, update the About, and use “Executive Coach, Coach Kat” so it matches the new headline.
  • The workshop. Pick the date, the room and the seat count, and set up a booking link, before the first invite goes out. Everything in brackets in the invites waits on those.
  • One client story for the DM. We don't have a client result with numbers, so the DM leaves it for you to fill.
